A purpose driven role for you

Ensure adherence to quality standards & system of Electrical Engine proprietary components by evaluation & improvement of product & process quality at supplier end to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

A Day in the life

Developing a culture of zero defect at supplier end – lack of competence, infrastructure constraints
Getting the Inspection process implemented effectively through the Manpower which keeps changing every year
Knowledge of New Technology components and their checkpoints at supplier end

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) required & 4~5 Years

Product & Process Expertise
Expertise in Electrical & Electronics parts and Proprietary parts
Problem Solving
Supplier Manufacturing Capability Assessment
PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP & APQP
