Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Ability to monitor and analyze system performance to preemptively address potential failures.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
