✔ Experience handling post-booking queries (modifications, cancellations, refunds, escalations)

✔ Exposure to quality metrics, SLA management, CSAT, AHT

✔ Strong communication & customer handling skills

✔ Prior experience in TL / QA / Trainer role (mandatory for respective positions)

✔ Candidates currently in lower salary brackets looking for strong growth opportunity
