Cafe Server / Sales & Billing Representative – The Pink Falcon, Gurgaon

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service at the café and billing counter.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Process customer billing, payments, refunds, and maintain cash/POS records.
• Upsell menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, billing counter, and customer areas.
• Assist customers with queries regarding menu items, pricing, and venue activities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform opening, closing, and daily reconciliation duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and billing/POS system knowledge.
• Ability to handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and sales-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, café, or customer service preferred.
