Waiter / Steward

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Steward / Service Associate to provide excellent service and create a welcoming experience for every guest at Edit 5.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with seating and menu recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
• Support café operations as required.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
