Waffler Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles, garnishing, and assembling food items.
• Taking customer orders and providing accurate information about menu items.
• Preparing food items according to recipes and standards shared by the Store Manager.
• Handling the cash register and processing customer payments accurately.
• Cleaning the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Preparing ingredients and maintaining inventory of food items in the kitchen area.
• Taking customer orders over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Maintaining proper inventory and stock levels at the outlet.
• Participating in training programs to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and brand standards.
