Waffer Trainee

About the Role:

Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles, toppings, and garnishing items.
• Take customer orders and provide accurate information about menu items and offerings.
• Prepare food items according to the recipes and guidelines provided by the Store Manager.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process customer payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage and inventory management in the kitchen area.
• Attend phone calls, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment at all times.
• Monitor and maintain proper stock levels and inventory at the outlet.
• Participate in training sessions to improve service skills, product knowledge, and brand awareness.
