Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors efficiently

✅ Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely closures

✅ Follow up on hiring requirements and recruitment targets

✅ Track vendor performance and provide regular updates

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination

Requirements:

✔️ Prior experience in Recruitment and Vendor Management

✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔️ Ability to handle multiple vendors and hiring requirements simultaneously

✔️ Good knowledge of recruitment processes

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
