Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, vehicle movements, driver coordination, and logistics activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation services, maintaining records, optimizing routes, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor daily transportation activities.
• Schedule and assign vehicles and drivers as per operational requirements.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, clients, and site teams.
• Maintain transport records, trip sheets, fuel consumption records, and vehicle documentation.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, PUC, and permit renewals.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
• Handle transportation-related issues and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
• Optimize routes and transportation costs for efficient operations.
• Required Skills:Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and transport management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and documentation will be an added advantage.

Salary:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
