Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. B2B and Institutional Sales
Develop new business with hotels, restaurants, cafes, sweet shops, caterers and other institutions.
Identify potential bulk buyers and convert them into regular customers.
Conduct product presentations, sampling and commercial negotiations.
Build long-term relationships with institutional buyers.
2. Retail Sales
Introduce Vasudha Farms products to new retail outlets as well as retail customers in Housing Societies and residential colonies
Generate regular orders and ensure repeat business.
Explore opportunities in residential societies and local communities.
3. Market Development
Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.
Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads.
4. Reporting and Collections
Maintain daily reports of market visits, new leads, orders and sales.
Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.
Submit weekly territory-wise sales reports.
