- Business Loan (BL)
- Home Loan (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and processes to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through telecalling.
- Effectively handle customer queries, concerns, and objections to drive conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- 👤 Who We’re Looking For6 months – 2 years of relevant experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
- Mandatory: Experience in PL / BL / HL / LAP telesales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calling and follow-ups.
- Good customer-handling and objection-management skills.
- Candidates who are energetic, confident, and motivated to grow in the financial services industry.
