Job Description:Healthians is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves generating leads, promoting health check-up packages, and converting potential customers into confirmed bookings over calls.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote diagnostic services and health packages
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health packages
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and service delivery
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi mandatory)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
