Telesales Executive

Navayu is looking for a motivated TeleSales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into appointments, and provide an excellent patient experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
• Explain Navayu's treatments and services to prospective patients.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients.
• Update lead status and patient details in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in TeleSales, Healthcare Sales, or Customer Support.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.

Working Hours10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time)
