Job Description
Experience: 6 month - 1 year of experience in Telesales / Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products and services.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
* Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
* Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
* Achieve individual productivity and quality targets.
* Ensure adherence to organizational processes and customer service standards.
