ob Title: Tele Sales Executive – B2B Sales

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling B2B customer calls, generating business leads, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and businesses.
• Generate new B2B leads through calls, online platforms, and references.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their business requirements.
• Explain products, pricing, offers, and company services.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate orders.
• Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve monthly B2B sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
• Follow up for quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• B2B sales and customer-handling skills.
• Good convincing and follow-up ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
