Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products to customers, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through outbound telesales activities.
• Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with the Field Sales team for customer meetings and closures.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Finance, Banking, Loan, Insurance, or BFSI sales experience.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
