Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective drivers from allocated lead databases.
- Explain company policies, earning opportunities, incentives, and onboarding requirements.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested candidates.
- Schedule driver walk-ins and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate status in the CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams to facilitate smooth driver onboarding.
- Address candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Follow up with inactive or pending leads to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure proper documentation and information collection from prospective drivers.
- Share daily performance reports and updates with the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication standards while representing the company.
- Required SkillsStrong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and local language preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Calls made per day.
- Driver walk-ins generated.
