Job Description
Astrent Sons Collective LLP is looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordination & Dispatch Executive to support our sales and operations team. The role involves handling cold calling activities, coordinating sample dispatches, maintaining client records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, be comfortable speaking with clients over phone, and have strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and business leads
• Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication
• Coordinate and manage sample order dispatches
• Track sample deliveries and collect customer feedback
• Maintain client databases and sales records in Excel
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely dispatches
• Handle WhatsApp and email communication with prospects and customers
• Schedule meetings and appointments for senior management when required
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent command over Hindi
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer interactions
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must own a personal laptop
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales coordination, dispatch management, or client relationship roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
