Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Customer Support & Operations)

Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years (Banking/Financial industry preferred)

Location: Gurugram , Sector 58

Salary: Fixed Salary (No sales pressure)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Telecaller to handle customer service and document collection. This is a pure support and operations role. You will not be responsible for sales, cold calling, or meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer incoming queries regarding Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and Insurance.
• Lead Verification: Contact pre-interested customers to verify their details and financial requirements.
• Document Collection: Follow up with customers to collect KYC, income proof, and property documents for loan processing.
• Status Updates: Keep customers informed about their loan or insurance application status.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document checklists in the system.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer service, backend operations, or telecalling (financial sector preferred).
• Skills: Clear communication, patience, good listening skills, and basic computer knowledge.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
