Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Telecalling Executives. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing career guidance, generating admissions, and promoting Frankfinn's industry-leading training programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn's courses and programs.
• Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through tele-calling activities.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the CRM/system.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins, counseling sessions, and admissions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and professional counseling.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate (Preferred)
• Undergraduates can also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)
• Experience6 Months to 8 Years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling, or Customer Service.
• GenderMale and Female candidates can apply.

• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in Outbound Calling, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and address queries effectively.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Working Days & TimingsWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
• Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
• Travel RequirementNo travel required.

• Salary₹16,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand)
• Performance-based incentives as applicable.
