Telecaller Outbound

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

· Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls

· Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand

· Acquiring and retaining contact information databases

· Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the customer

· Generating leads for B2C OR B2B using Online and/ or offline modes

· Provide customer with brochures publications containing travel information,

· like local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations

· Coordinating with clients for their visa documents

· Preparing travel vouchers

· Handling WhatsApp query, also need to assign in a different different departments

# 6 days a week schedule.

# Salary would be as per market standard.
