Job Title: Outbound Tele caller (Female Only)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (NTH) + Incentives

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and result-driven Outbound Tele caller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Generate and qualify leads through calling

Pitch products/services and close sales

Maintain follow-ups and build customer relationships

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Update call records and lead status in the system

Requirements

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telesales

Strong communication skills in English

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated
