Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, explain our legal services, generate leads, schedule consultations, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build trust over phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
• Attend inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about the firm's legal services.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable legal solutions.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for legal advisors.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the legal and client servicing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Address client queries professionally and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and organizational data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or client relations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
