Day Shift Only (Roster between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Assist customers in selecting the best cruise holiday packages.

Explain itineraries, cabin categories, pricing, and onboard experiences.

Convert leads into bookings through excellent customer engagement.

Upsell premium cabins and onboard services.

Maintain customer records in CRM and achieve sales targets.

✅ Eligibility

Graduate (Mandatory)

2–4 years of sales experience

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Strong customer handling, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Good employment stability
