Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real-estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, handling property inquiries, explaining available projects, and generating leads.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Handle incoming property inquiries and respond professionally.
• Explain property/project details, pricing, location, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Schedule property/site visits.
• Maintain customer and lead information.
• Coordinate with the sales team and update them about interested clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and polite speaking style.
• Basic knowledge of computers/CRM is preferred.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Real-estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
