About UsFinvault Advisory LLP is a Gurugram-based financial services firm offering wealth management, insurance advisory, and real estate solutions. We are building a strong client outreach team to expand our insurance advisory business.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads, explain insurance products to prospective customers, and schedule appointments for our advisory team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and maintaining accurate call records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/databases to promote insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
• Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details clearly to customers
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Schedule appointments/callbacks for the sales/advisory team
• Maintain and update the CRM/call log with accurate customer details and call outcomes
• Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries to convert them into policyholders
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for policy issuance and documentation support
• Maintain compliance with company scripts, IRDAI guidelines, and do-not-call regulations
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or insurance sales preferred (not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Good listening skills and customer-first attitude
• Preferred (Added Advantage)Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services telecalling
• IRDAI certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Familiarity with life/health/motor insurance products
