About the RoleWe are hiring International Technical Support Executives for a leading international process in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries, providing technical troubleshooting support, and ensuring excellent customer experience through voice-based support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer support calls professionally
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, or devices
• Provide accurate troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
• Document customer interactions and resolutions properly
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation when required

Eligibility Criteria✅ Minimum 6 Months of International Technical Support Experience

✅ Excellent English Communication Skills

✅ Good Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge

✅ Comfortable with Rotational Shifts

✅ Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply (depending on experience)
