Role Summary:

Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors/executives, drive business targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain process compliance. The candidate should have strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of Insurance Advisors/Executives.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Ensure achievement of sales, renewal, and retention targets.
• Maintain MIS reports, productivity reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor call quality and process adherence.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience.
• Insurance/BPO/Telesales background preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Strong leadership and team handling abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
