✅ Requirements:
• DRA Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Credit Card Collections
• Strong team handling and collection management skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of collection processes, compliance, and recovery strategies

• Manage and lead a team of collection executives
• Monitor collection performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Drive recovery targets and improve team efficiency
• Prepare performance reports and provide coaching to team members
