Job Title: Team Leader / Sales Executive – Real Estate


Location: Sector 74A Gurgaon - DLF Corporate Green


Experience: 0–7 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply for Sales Executive roles. Team Leader candidates should have 3+ years of real estate sales experience with team handling.)


Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our real estate sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers in property purchases, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. Team Leader candidates will additionally lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and customer support.
  • For Team Leaders: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, assign leads, monitor performance, conduct daily review meetings, provide coaching, and ensure team sales targets are achieved.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Sales Executive: 0–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
  • Team Leader: 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales with proven team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
