Job Description
- Prepare and cook tandoori breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor specialties.
- Manage tandoor operations during production and live events.
- Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
- Monitor inventory of tandoor ingredients and report stock requirements.
- Minimize wastage and adhere to kitchen SOPs.
