Store Manager – QSR (India)

• Manage daily restaurant/store operations
• Lead and motivate team to deliver fast, quality service
• Ensure hygiene, food quality, and customer satisfaction standards
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and shift management
• Track sales, inventory, and store expenses
• Control wastage and improve profitability
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety norms
