Store Incharge

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the complete store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods (PVC edge band tapes), and packaging materials. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with production and dispatch teams.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock of:
• 
  
• PVC edge band tapes (finished goods)
• Raw materials (PVC granules, pigments, adhesives, etc.)
• Packaging materials
• Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels
• Conduct regular physical stock verification
• 2. Goods Receipt & StorageCheck incoming materials as per PO and invoice
• Ensure proper unloading and storage
• Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system
• Proper labeling and stacking of materials
• 3. Dispatch & LogisticsPrepare material for dispatch as per order
• Ensure correct quantity, size, and color of edge band tapes
• Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery
• Maintain dispatch records (challan, invoice, e-way bill)
• 4. Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock register, and issue slips
• Update inventory in ERP / Excel system
• Keep records of inward & outward materials
• 5. CoordinationWork closely with:
• 
  
• Production team for material requirements
• Purchase team for stock replenishment
• Sales team for dispatch planning
• Required Skills:Knowledge of inventory management
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP)
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle manpower
• Experience:2–5 years experience in store handling (preferably in PVC, laminate, or manufacturing industry)
