Store Executive

Manage daily store and inventory operations.

Receive and verify all incoming goods as per purchase orders.

Ensure proper storage of food and non-food items.

Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.

Maintain stock registers and inventory records.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions on time.

Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.

Control stock wastage, damage, and pilferage.

Issue materials to kitchen and operations as per requisition.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.

Ensure compliance with food safety and company SOPs.

Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.

Coordinate with the Purchase, Kitchen, and Operations teams.
