*Job Description: Full-Time English Trainer*

*Job Title:* Full-Time English Communication Trainer / Spoken English Faculty

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an enthusiastic full Time English Trainer to conduct engaging online/offline classes. The role focuses on improving students' spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and interview skills. Flexible timings. Great opportunity for teachers, graduates, freelancers, and college students.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Conduct Interactive Classes*: Take 1-1.5 hour batches focused on conversation, role-plays, group discussions, and public speaking.

2. *Grammar & Vocabulary*: Teach basic to advanced grammar with practical examples. Build strong vocabulary through daily-use words and activities.

3. *Writing & Email Skills*: Train students in formal/informal emails, letter writing, and basic business communication.

4. *Interview & Personality Development*: Prepare students for job interviews - self-intro, HR questions, body language, confidence building.

5. *Student Assessment*: Conduct weekly tests, give feedback, and track individual progress reports.

6. *Content Creation*: Prepare PPTs, worksheets, and practice material. Make learning fun, not textbook-based.

*Requirements:*

1. *Education*: Graduation required/ Degree in English Literature, http://B.Ed, or TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.

2. *Language Proficiency*: Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent. Strong command over grammar.

3. *Experience*: 1 to 2 years experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

4. *Skills*: Excellent communication, patience, ability to simplify concepts, basic computer + PPT skills.

5. *Tools*: Laptop, stable internet, and knowledge of Zoom/Google Meet for online classes

*Job Details:*

1. *Mode*: Offline

2. *Timings*: 10 hrs Monday to Saturday,9am to 7pm

Evening 5 to 7pm

3. *Compensation*: ₹20k to 25kper month.

4. *Location* sec 68 gurgaon
