Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Social Media Executive who will own the digital presence and organic growth strategy for the business. This is a unique dual-role opportunity that combines the analytical rigour of real estate SEO and lead generation with the creative, fast-paced world of YouTube content strategy and thumbnail design.


If you are someone who is equally comfortable researching Google keywords and designing a high-CTR YouTube thumbnail for an upcoming youtube channel — this role was built for you.


Daily SEO Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles for our real estate projects — posts, photos, Q&A, reviews

• Execute on-page SEO for the company real estate website — meta titles, descriptions, header tags, image alt text, internal linking

• Research and target high-intent local keywords

• Write SEO-optimized property descriptions, landing page content, and blog articles (2-3 per week minimum)

• Build quality backlinks through property portals, local directories, and real estate content sites

• Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics daily — flag traffic drops or ranking changes immediately

• Update and manage property listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and NoBroker with fresh content regularly

• Track keyword rankings weekly and prepare a one-page ranking report every Monday


Organic Lead Generation

• Create and post engaging real estate content on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp — property highlights, location advantages, investment potential

• Manage real estate Facebook and Instagram pages — consistent posting schedule (minimum 5 posts per week)

• Share property updates in relevant WhatsApp groups and real estate communities

• Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries from social media, portals, and website contact forms

• Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet — source, date, contact details, and follow-up status

• Identify and monitor competitor real estate projects in Goa and Jhajjar — pricing, positioning, digital presence


Paid Campaigns — When Active (Not Daily)

• Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for hot project launches

• Design ad creatives in Canva — property highlight ads, lead generation forms

• Monitor daily ad spend, CTR, and CPL during active campaign periods

• Pause underperforming ad sets and reallocate budget to better-performing ones

• Share campaign performance report with Owner every 3 days during active campaigns


Youtube chnnel:

Your role is to ensure every video is visually irresistible to click and perfectly optimized to be discovered through YouTube search.


Thumbnail Design (Critical Priority)

• Design 2 thumbnails per channel across all 3 channels — 6 thumbnails total per week using Canva Pro

• Create a Version B thumbnail (different color scheme, image, or text angle) for every video for A/B testing — 6 additional alternates per week

• Follow channel-specific thumbnail style guidelines defined in the Studio SOP document

• Test every thumbnail at 120px width before finalizing — text must remain clearly readable on mobile screens

• Replace underperforming thumbnails (CTR below 3%) within 24 hours of being flagged by the Video Editor

• Continuously study top-performing competitor thumbnails weekly in all 3 niches — suggest improvements to Creative Director

• Maintain a Thumbnail Archive in Google Drive organized by channel and episode number


YouTube Keyword Research & SEO

• Research keywords for every video topic using VidIQ before editing begins — provide results to Editor

• Identify main keyword, secondary keywords, and 3-4 long-tail variants per video

• Write compelling, curiosity-driven video titles — must include main keyword AND a strong Hinglish hook

• Write full video descriptions — first 2 lines must contain the primary keyword naturally and compellingly

• Compile 12-15 optimized tags per video — blend of broad category tags and highly specific topic tags

• Deliver all SEO content (title, description, tags) to Editor via shared Google Drive doc before upload day

• Track which title formats and keyword strategies generate the most impressions and clicks — report monthly


Analytics, Promotion & Community Management

• Check CTR, impressions, average view duration, and traffic sources in YouTube Studio every Monday morning

• Share a brief weekly analytics summary in the team WhatsApp group every Monday by 10 AM

• Flag any video with CTR below 3% after 72 hours of upload to Editor for urgent thumbnail replacement

• Post every YouTube Short as an Instagram Reel on the respective channel's Instagram page same day

• Share new video uploads across relevant WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups (mythology, mystery, horror), and Telegram channels within 30 minutes of going live

• Pin a curiosity-driving comment on every video immediately after upload to boost early engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments across all 3 YouTube channels daily — escalate sensitive comments to Owner
