DLF Star Tower, Gurgaon - Job Description – Shift Manager (QSR)

• Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company SOPs.
• Monitor sales, productivity, and service efficiency during the shift.
• Handle cash, billing, inventory, and stock control accurately.
• Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Experience: 2–5 years in the QSR, restaurant, or food service industry with good leadership and communication skills.
