Shift Incharge

Role OverviewResponsible for managing the complete outlet operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth kitchen functioning, timely order dispatch, food quality, hygiene, inventory control and team discipline across multiple food brands.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day shift operations across all brands operating from the outlet.
• Ensure orders are prepared, packed and dispatched accurately and within defined TAT.
• Monitor kitchen productivity, food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Allocate staff and manage manpower according to order volumes and peak hours.
• Ensure proper opening, closing and shift handover procedures.
• Monitor inventory, daily indents, wastage, shortages and stock movement.
• Ensure packing accuracy, correct accompaniments, labels and brand-specific packaging.
• Monitor Zomato/Swiggy and direct orders, cancellations, delays and operational issues.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and workplace discipline.
• Handle customer/order-related escalations and coordinate with support teams.
• Record and report operational issues, equipment breakdowns, wastage and staff shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, attendance, grooming and staff meal policies.
• Conduct proper shift handover with all pending issues clearly documented.

Experience: 2–4 years in cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant or food delivery operations.

Preferred: Experience handling multiple brands from a common kitchen/outlet.
