Job Summary:

Amigos Alliance LLP is seeking an experienced professional to handle International Hotels, Holiday Packages, and Visa Processing. The role involves end-to-end management of international travel services while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international hotel bookings and customized holiday packages
• Design and quote international travel itineraries as per client requirements
• Manage visa documentation and processing for multiple countries
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS, and visa service providers
• Track visa application status and ensure timely updates to clients
• Coordinate with global hotel suppliers, DMCs, and vendors
• Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
• Prepare and share accurate vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents
• Handle client queries and provide pre- and post-booking support
• Maintain strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in international hotels, holiday packages, and visa processing
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and visa requirements
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
