Job Title: Sales Manager – POS Terminal Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in POS terminal sales, merchant acquisition, and payment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new merchants, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive POS terminal and payment solution sales.
• Acquire and onboard new merchants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, channel partners, and enterprise clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 2- 5+ years of experience in POS terminal, fintech, banking, or payment solution sales.
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of POS, UPI, QR, and digital payment solutions.

Preferred: Experience in merchant acquiring, fintech, payment gateways, or banking sales.
