Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and post-sales processes.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and regular performance updates for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat and referral business.
