Job Description

Role: Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager – Equity & Wealth


Experience: 3+ Years | Type: Full-time (Work from Office)


Role Overview

The role involves managing and growing relationships with Affluent and Super Affluent (HNI/UHNI)

clients, driving AUM growth, and delivering comprehensive investment advisory across multiple

asset classes. The incumbent will focus on acquisition, portfolio management, and deepening

client engagement through tailored wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

 Acquire new Affluent & Super Affluent (HNI/UHNI) clients

 Build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients

 Identify market opportunities for expanding the client base

2. Portfolio & Relationship Management

 Manage clients with investable surplus of ₹1 Cr+

 Maintain and strengthen relationships to ensure high retention

 Drive AUM growth through continuous engagement and advisory

3. Investment Advisory

 Advise clients across asset classes – Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products

 Create customized investment strategies aligned with client goals

 Continuously track portfolio performance and rebalance as needed

4. Revenue Generation & Wallet Share

 Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling of financial products

 Generate revenue via AUM growth and product penetration

 Achieve individual revenue and AUM targets

5. Market Research & Insights

 Stay updated on financial markets, products, and investment trends

 Evaluate new investment opportunities and align them with client portfolios

 Provide timely insights and recommendations to clients

Candidate Profile

 Experience:

o 5–10 years in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Broking

o Strong exposure to HNI/UHNI client handling

 Client Handling:

o Experience managing clients with ₹1 Cr+ investable assets

 Product Expertise:

o Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, Equity Advisory

 Skills:

o Strong analytical and financial advisory skills

o Excellent communication and relationship-building ability


o Target-driven with a consultative selling approach

o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

 Stability Requirement:

o Proven career stability with minimum 3–4 years tenure in current/previous roles


Preferred Qualifications

 MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) preferred

 Relevant certifications (NISM, CFP, CFA – added advantage)
