Job Description

URGENT HIRING – HR RECRUITER

📍 Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

💰 Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000/month

🏦 Industry: NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bulk hiring for NBFC roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and joining process.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.

Requirements: 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC/BFSI hiring. Good communication and sourcing skills.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
