• Petrol Allowance: Based on travel

Job OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Relationship Manager. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, verifying property details, and ensuring end-to-end closure of rental deals by coordinating with both tenants and property owners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations regularly based on company-provided leads
• Coordinate with tenants and property owners to finalize rental agreements
• Negotiate effectively to close deals successfully
• Verify newly listed properties by cross-checking uploaded photos and ensuring authenticity
• Maintain proper documentation and submit daily visit reports
• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
• Eligibility Criteria6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or client-facing roles
• Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license
• Comfortable with field travel (50–80 km per day)
• Immediate joiners preferred (0–7 days notice period)
• Required Skills Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently
