We are looking for Business Development Associates to join our team in Bangalore and Gurgaon! At Scaler, BD isn't just about volume calling—it’s about owning revenue outcomes and guiding ambitious tech professionals toward informed career decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

* Engage High-Intent Leads: Connect with working professionals who have already shown interest in our programs.

* Run Structured Career Conversations: Identify growth gaps and recommend the right Scaler program fit.

* Master High-Ticket Sales: Handle objections regarding ROI, fees, and time commitments with confidence and value framing.

* Own Your Targets: Drive monthly conversions and maintain strict CRM discipline (LSQ or similar).

* Build Trust: Nurture prospects strategically; we close on credibility, not pressure.

Requirements *

Experience: 3–7+ years of total experience, in hardcore B2C or consultative sales in edtech industry.

* Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication with strong objection-handling skills.

* Education: Graduate degree required (Postgraduate is a plus).

Salary :

* CTC: Up to 13.5 LPA
