Hiring: Outbound Sales Executive (B2C)🏢
Compensation💰 Salary Package:
- ₹23,000 CTC
- ₹19,300 In-hand Salary
- Attractive Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Work Schedule🕒 Shift Timing:
- Day Shift
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days:
- 6 Days a Week
- Sunday Fixed Off
Eligibility Criteria✅ Undergraduate Candidates: Minimum 1 Year of Sales Experience
✅ Graduate Candidates: Minimum 6 Months of Sales Experience
✅ Sales Experience Mandatory
✅ Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
Key Responsibilities💼 Handle outbound sales calls to potential customers
💼 Generate sales and achieve assigned targets
💼 Follow up with leads and prospective customers
💼 Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
💼 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Important Note⚠️ No leave will be permitted during the initial 3-month probation period.
