We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable detailing and protection packages.
• Explain the benefits of PPF, Ceramic Coating, Detailing, Paint Services, Window Tint, and other services.
• Prepare quotations and close sales.
• Follow up with leads generated through Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and phone inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the workshop team regarding vehicle delivery timelines.
• Upsell additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure a premium customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
