Job Title: Shoes Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell footwear products to customers and achieve sales targets

Develop and implement marketing activities to increase product awareness

Build and maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat business

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers

Identify new business opportunities and local market trends

Conduct customer follow-ups and support lead generation activities

Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising

Coordinate with the team to execute promotional campaigns

Handle customer feedback and resolve queries professionally

Prepare daily sales and marketing reports

Requirements:

Minimum (Graduation preferred)

Experience in footwear, retail sales, or marketing preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling

Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of local market and promotional activities is an added advantage
