📝 Job DescriptionOptus Housing is looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Builder Floors, Fresh Bookings, and a clear understanding of Gurgaon’s key micro-markets.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end sales for builder floors and fresh bookings.
• Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing updates.
• Update and manage CRM records accurately.
• 📍 Required Experience & Skills3 to 5 years of full-time experience in Gurgaon real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the following micro-markets:
• 
  
• Dwarka Expressway
• Sushant Lok
• Sohna Road
• Extension Road
• DLF Phase 1 & 2
• Excellent understanding of Gurgaon connectivity and residential pockets.
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to handle premium clients and close high-value transactions.
