Sales Head (B2C)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our B2C sales team in the Debt Resolution industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company sales goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies and performance plans
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and overall team performance
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives
• Improve sales scripts, processes, and customer communication
• Work closely with management to scale the business
• Handle escalated client situations when necessary
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales
• Strong background in B2C sales
• Experience in Debt Resolution, Debt Collection, Financial Services, Credit Repair, or related industries is highly preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• English proficiency required
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
